PocketAuthor is a for-profit company. This unpaid volunteer program is for bounded public-benefit community work, not paid-client manuscripts, sales quotas or replacing staff.
The initial program is for adults aged 18 or over. Technical experience and a published book are not required. Remote participation depends on the task.
You choose your availability and can pause or decline a task. There is no promise of employment, payment, equity, publication or mentorship. Credit and rights are agreed separately, never assumed.
A call is optional. Signing in, sending an introduction or booking does not grant access to manuscripts, customer information or internal systems.
