Accessibility Statement

We want authors to plan, write and prepare books without unnecessary barriers.

Last updated: September 13, 2026

Our approach

We design toward established web accessibility practices, including keyboard operation, visible focus, semantic structure, readable contrast, zoom support, reduced-motion preferences and descriptive control labels. Accessibility is ongoing work, not a one-time certification.

Known complexity

Rich-text editing, document previews, drag-and-drop organization and third-party integrations can introduce accessibility challenges. We work to provide keyboard or text-based alternatives where practical.

Report a barrier

Email [email protected] with the page, task, assistive technology and problem encountered. Please do not include confidential manuscript text unless it is necessary to reproduce the issue.

Alternative access

If a feature prevents you from completing an important task, ask for an accessible alternative. We will review the request and respond with available options.
