Your manuscript remains yours
PocketAuthor does not take ownership of the original content you submit. Service operation requires only the limited processing license described in the Terms.
Permissions are an author responsibility
Before publishing, confirm rights for quotations, photographs, illustrations, tables, fonts, cover assets, interviews and contributed material. Fair-use and similar exceptions are fact-specific; seek qualified advice when uncertain.
Reporting infringement
A report should identify the protected work, the allegedly infringing location, your contact information, a good-faith statement, an accuracy and authority statement, and your physical or electronic signature. Send reports to [email protected].
Responses and counter-notices
We may remove or restrict material while evaluating a sufficiently detailed report. We may notify the affected user and accept a legally valid counter-notice where applicable. Repeated infringement may result in account restrictions.
