Use the service lawfully
Do not use PocketAuthor to violate law, court orders, sanctions, privacy rights, publicity rights, contracts or intellectual-property rights.
Do not cause harm
- No credible threats, exploitation, targeted harassment or non-consensual intimate content.
- No content or instructions designed primarily to facilitate fraud, malware, credential theft or unauthorized access.
- No impersonation intended to deceive readers about authorship, endorsement or identity.
- No attempts to disrupt, probe or circumvent service security, limits or access controls.
Publishing integrity
Do not knowingly fabricate permissions, citations, endorsements, contributor consent, sales claims or publishing credentials. Disclose generated or assisted material when a publisher, marketplace, professional standard or law requires it.
Enforcement
We may investigate reports, preserve relevant records, restrict features, remove unlawful material or suspend accounts proportionately. Context matters, including educational, documentary, journalistic and fictional use.
