PocketAuthor policy
Cookie Policy
How browser storage supports sign-in, preferences, local writing and reliable operation.
Last updated: September 13, 2026
Essential technologies
We use cookies or equivalent storage needed for authentication, session security, request protection, saved preferences and core service operation. Disabling them may prevent sign-in or other requested functions.
Local writing data
The public writing studio can store drafts and preferences locally in your browser. This lets writing continue before sign-in and is separate from an advertising cookie. Clearing site storage can remove a local-only draft unless you exported or synced it.
Measurement and marketing
If optional analytics or marketing technologies are introduced, this policy and applicable consent controls will identify their purpose. PocketAuthor does not describe an optional tracker as essential merely to avoid consent.
Your controls
You can manage browser storage through your browser. Where consent is legally required, declining optional technologies will not block essential product access.
Questions and requests
Contact [email protected] for legal questions or [email protected] for privacy requests. We may verify your identity before acting on an account or data request.
